Are guys in Hamburg afraid of girls?

I am 30 years old, from the USA smart, good looking and with a great sense of humor. I have been living in Hamburg for a few years and it is almost impossible to get to know guys in this city! At first, I thought it was a German thing, then a shy thing, now I dont really now.. and to make it worse, I have a few other single female friends that are as frustrated as I am!! We do not want to get married or have children, we just want to meet a nice guy to spend our free time with .. Can someone tell me what's going on ? Cheers, mscat |

Hello mscat, this is a veered complaint...I cannot agree on it. I lived in the US in total for 3.5 years and know well both sides of the pond. FYI, I moved with my job from Rostock to Hamburg.
